You are ensuring the continued smooth running of the organisation and continue progress of a standalone project in the absence of your IT manager. We can also deploy interim IT staff with practical operational experience. The service is fully flexible for you needs; we run on your schedule. You can also benefit from a service that doesn't work on time round-ups; you pay for the time you require.
Short Term and Pay As You Go can also be beneficial for staff with pre-existing IT knowledge. You may not need a fully-fledged IT department or Manager. For those of you who need guidance as a rarity, this service is right for you.
We offer a fully staffed IT Help Desk involving experienced IT specialists, giving you access to our expertise for the answers you need. We will contact you quarterly for any system updates to log on your file. Apart from this, we are your silent service.
pre registration service
We provide a pre registration service for short term & PAYG support. This is a free service providing assurance that if your company does experience unavoidable circumstances, you can call us at 8am on the day in question and start receiving support immediately. We will have all the information we require to start supporting you in the absence of your IT manager.
If you would rather not pre register, our advice is to ensure another member of your team, whether they are part of the IT team or in a different department altogether, has all the required information to hand, just in case you need support in the future.
